If you're not an editor, you can't teleport around the map quite as freely (imagine the area is an adventure quest, and you are currently put in a jail room in the adventure and need to find a key, then teleporting would spoil that), but in some situations where you die too quickly, a dialog should pop up and ask you if you want to reset your position. As shown, there are two basic ways to pick your color which can be toggled using the small button on the top left of that window. If you're not editor, the area owners may still allow such boosts if they enabled map transporting (via an area-global interacting containing "someone arrives: /they can map-transport"). Good questions! If you are still next to the body placement, please right-click the body, then hit the collect button.
